Built around a multisensory blind-box experience, the project transforms the short-lived unboxing hype into lasting emotional connection through touch, scent, sound, and character-driven humor.

Cheek Sqweeks was created at the intersection of these behaviors. By layering tactile satisfaction, scent release, and irreverent character storytelling onto the blind-box model, the project extends joy far beyond the reveal and turns interaction into the product.
Build
Cheek Sqweeks is a series of squishy collectible figures infused with signature scents and distinct personalities. When squeezed, the figure audibly βfartsβ and releases a playful puff of fragrance. This mechanic takes something funny and turns it into a repeatable sensory interaction while maintaining strong shelf appeal.
The platform was initially created with Minions in mind - a line rooted in nostalgia and the character-driven comedy. However, during the actual production, the concept expanded beyond the initial IP into multiple verticals including Formula 1 with a Lando Norris inspired figure, Major League Baseball through a Dodgers-centered Shohei Ohtani variant, and superhero franchises with interpretations of Iron Man and Batman.
Beyond our initial four lines, the platform is able to scale easily because the core figure stays the same.We simply layer on new scents, skins, and character themes, allowing us to enter entertainment, music, gaming, seasonal, and original IP verticals without altering the underlying form.
